David Martin | CEO, TERRA, MIAMI
Martin co-founded the development company with his father, Pedro, in 2021. The firm does business in about 16 municipalities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and has more than 80 employees. "I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit," Martin says. "I started a firm with one employee in co-working office space with the dreams to expand and evolve."
