Its South Florida portfolio spans the region, including projects in Bay Harbor Islands, Doral, Weston and Pembroke Pines. In Coconut Grove, its work includes Grove at Grand Bay; Park Grove; Mr. C Residences; and Mary Street, a Class A office retrofit. In the Miami Design District and nearby Edgewater, its Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is in predevelopment, and Villa Miami, a collaboration with Major Food Group, is under construction.
Terra’s work incorporates green space, renewable energy, resilient construction methods, and transit connectivity. Its public-private partnerships with local governments have revitalized underutilized public lands.
This includes a reworking of Watson Island; Grove Central and Upland Park, mixed-use transit-oriented developments in partnership with Miami-Dade County; and a 3-acre park and pedestrian bridge connecting its Five Park condominium to the Grand Hyatt Convention Center Hotel.
Terra also has integrated parks, pedestrian infrastructure and cultural programming into major real estate investments.
