Five Park is more than a novel residential tower. It is a civic connector that redefines how development can serve both residents and the broader Miami Beach community. Positioned at the gateway to the city, the project unites two neighborhoods that had long been divided – South of Fifth and West Avenue – through the creation of the Miami Beach Canopy Bridge.
Within the tower itself, the creation of The Canopy Club offers residents an exclusive level of lifestyle, wellness and cultural programming that sets a new benchmark for Miami Beach living.
The kaleidoscopic walkway stands out. Designed by French artist Daniel Buren, it functions not only as essential infrastructure, but also as an iconic work of public art, offering a landmark entrance to Miami Beach that will be instantly recognizable for decades to come.
Equally significant is the integration of Canopy Park, a 3-acre public green space designed by ArquitectonicaGEO. More than an amenity, the park demonstrates how private development can invest in public benefit by absorbing stormwater, reducing urban heat, reintroducing native biodiversity and creating recreational areas for all ages. From shaded hammocks and play areas to fitness zones and orchid gardens, the park is a vibrant community resource that embodies environmental stewardship while strengthening neighborhood connections.
