Position Summary

Terra is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Art Director to join our in-house Marketing team. This individual will play an integral role in shaping and executing the visual expression of Terra and its portfolio of residential, mixed-use and commercial developments.

This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is excited by the opportunity to work on some of South Florida’s most prominent real estate developments and projects that are helping shape the Miami skyline.

The Art Director will translate brand strategy and creative direction into sophisticated, compelling visual communications across print, digital, social, presentation, and experiential applications. The role requires an individual who can think conceptually while also executing at a high level—moving comfortably from big-picture creative thinking to hands-on design, production and final delivery.

Working closely with the SVP of Marketing, Marketing Managers, internal creative team members and external creative agencies, the Art Director will help ensure that every touchpoint reflects the quality, sophistication and design standards associated with Terra and its individual project brands.

The ideal candidate has exceptional design instincts, strong typography and layout skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. They should be highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working within ambitious timelines while maintaining consistently high creative standards.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at Terra’s corporate office in Miami and is best suited for someone who values collaboration, creative energy and the ability to work closely with colleagues and leadership in a dynamic studio environment.
